Workflow of Water Bottle Filling Machine

- Bottle Feeding: Bottles enter the bottle-separating dial of the filling machine through the empty bottle conveying system. The bottle clips installed on the dial continuously send the bottles, which are spaced apart, into the three – in – one bottle washer.
- Bottle Washing: The turntable of the bottle washer is equipped with stainless-steel bottle clips at the bottle mouth. After clamping the bottle mouth, it rotates 180° along the guide rail, making the bottle mouth face down. In a specific area of the bottle washer, the nozzles on the bottle clips first spray sterile water. Subsequently, they spray sterile water again (if there’s no special requirement, there’s only one bottle-washing process) to disinfect and rinse the inner wall of the bottle.
- Transfer to Filling: After the bottles are disinfected, rinsed, and drained, they are flipped 180° along the guide rail while being clamped by the bottle clips, making the bottle mouth face up. The elbow clips installed on the turntable pick up the rinsed bottles from the bottle washer and send them to the filling machine.
- Filling Process: The bottles entering the filling machine are clamped by the clamps on the bottle-lifting mechanism. The bottle-lifting mechanism and the cam are used to achieve rising and falling. When the bottle-lifting mechanism rises, the bottle mouth touches and opens the filling valve to complete the filling process. After filling, the bottle-lifting mechanism descends under the action of the cam. When it reaches the bottom, the elbow clips on the transition wheel pick up the filled bottles from the filling machine and send them to the capping machine.
- Capping Process: The anti-rotation knife on the capping machine holds the bottle neck to keep the bottle upright and prevent rotation. The capping head on the capping machine continuously rotates in a revolution and self-rotation manner. Under the action of the cam, it performs actions such as pressing the cap, screwing the cap, and completes the entire capping process.
- Product Output: The finished bottles are conveyed from the capping machine to the bottle conveying chain through the bottle – discharging dial and then transported to the three – in – one machine by the conveying chain.
