How Does the YG Brick Making Machine Work?
Our brick and block machine works in a cool way. Imagine the main motor as a strong person. It uses a belt to turn a reducer. This power then goes to a small gear, which turns a big gear. This starts the main shaft of the machine turning.
Next, something called a crank-connecting rod mechanism changes the round motion into the up-and-down straight movement of a beam. When the beam moves up and down, it makes a material cart move back and forth. At the same time, it puts in new material and pushes out finished bricks. When the beam lifts up, a part called a cam on the main shaft pushes a lower pressing head. This pushes the shaped brick out of the mold. At the same time, the material cart moves. It pushes the finished brick from the mold opening onto a collection platform and also puts new material into the mold.
The whole pressing process is like this: feed material, press, push out of mold, push out the finished brick, feed material again… This cycle repeats over and over. Plus, our machine can make different brick shapes if you need them!
